Production processes under technical control.

Each department supports large-size components: CNC cutting, assembly, welding, heat treatment and CNC machining operate as one integrated flow.

CNC oxycut and Plasma

The cutting department combines a 3 x 26 m ESAB 400A HD Plasma system, 4 x 26 m Koike oxycut with 6 automatic torches and 3 x 12 m oxycut for heavy thicknesses. Nesting and cut sequence are managed by the technical office.

Assembly

Components are assembled considering deformation risks and downstream operations. Modular benches support long ledgers, tables and uprights.

Welding

Welding is dedicated to large mechanical fabrications such as uprights, tables and guide beds up to 120 tons. Systematic welding checks support final product quality.

Heat treatment

The normalizing and stress relieving oven uses a 20.7 x 5 x 4 m mobile carriage, PLC control, 28 burners and treatment chart recording available to customers.

CNC machining

CNC machining completes welded structures with precision finishing on beds, uprights, ledgers, carriages and other heavy components.
